Terms and Conditions of Booking

All rates are per person per night inclusive of VAT (No service charge is applied). Rates published are indicative only; please enquire for actual room rates when making a reservation.

Deposit

A current credit/debit card number is required in order to make a reservation. No monies are drawn from the account and these details are only held to confirm your reservation. We observe a strict confidentiality policy and account details will not be made available to any third party.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the confirmed booking any losses or costs arising shall be recoverable as follows: We will attempt to re-let the accommodation, if this is possible no charge will be made, if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival and the accommodation cannot be re-let a 30% cancellation charge may be made. If the accommodation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the accommodation may be charged for in full.
